While we aim to deliver fresh, high-quality products, we recognize that returns may sometimes be necessary. This policy outlines your rights, our obligations, and the process for handling returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. General Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Fresh produce, frozen foods, dairy, and other perishables.
- Opened or used health, beauty, and personal care products.
- Clearance and “Final Sale” items.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@gobuzzaar.com.
- We may request photos of the damaged product for quality control.
- Once verified, we will offer:
- A full refund to the original payment method, OR
- A replacement at no additional cost.
3. Non-Delivery or Missing Items
- If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe (5–11 business days) or contains missing items:
- Contact customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will investigate with our logistics partners and issue a refund or reshipment as appropriate.
4. Return Process
- Log into your GoBuzzaar account.
- Go to Orders → Request Return.
- Provide details and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided return label, if eligible.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- If you prefer, we may issue store credit or reward points for future purchases.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The return is due to an error by GoBuzzaar.
- For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return label.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting customer support.
- Once shipped, cancellations will follow the standard return process.
8. Refund Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Returns received after the eligibility window.
- Items returned without prior authorization (RMA).
- Products not meeting return condition requirements.
9. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure correct delivery address and contact details at checkout.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect information provided at the time of order.
10. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of disputes, we encourage customers to first contact us at cs@gobuzzaar.com.
- If unresolved, disputes will be governed under the laws of Maryland, USA, with jurisdiction in state or federal courts in Maryland.
