This mix blends Bengal gram (chickpea) flour (~64%), semolina, sugar, citric acid, salt, rising agents (sodium bicarbonate), turmeric, asafoetida, rice flour, and anti-caking silica. Simply mix with water (and oil/yogurt if you prefer), steam for ~15 minutes, and serve with mint or tamarind chutney Free from artificial colors and preservatives. Made in India.
